Location: Whippany, NJ / New York, NY (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 10+ Months (Possible Extension)
Rate: $45/hr C2C

Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain enterprise Linux (RHEL) production environments
- Administer and support RHEL 6/7/8 and Red Hat Satellite
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across Linux OS, networking, and infrastructure
- Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting
- Manage server-side networking including TCP/UDP/Multicast
- Support virtualization (VMware) and hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + AWS cloud)
- Implement configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Support clustering technologies including Veritas and Oracle RAC
- Manage and maintain secure, complex server estates at enterprise scale
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional global teams
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and operational best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of Linux infrastructure experience in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
- RHCE Certification (Mandatory)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Server-side networking (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast)
- VMware & virtualization technologies
- Automation & scripting (Bash/Python)
- Configuration management tools (Ansible/Chef/Puppet)
- Satellite server administration
- Experience supporting enterprise data center environments
- Exposure to AWS or hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Financial services domain experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
