About the role PLEASE NOTE: Lineworker roles are based across various TasNetworks depots in Lutruwita/Tasmania - talk to us about your relocation and Visa sponsorship options Base salary ranging from $101,445 to $117,083 per annum (plus overtime and super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidates based on skills and experience

To support our growth, we are seeking interest from skilled Lineworkers (in both Transmission & Distribution), to join our Field Operations teams. Working as part of our Works Delivery group, you'll play a vital role in building, maintaining and restoring our electricity network. These roles are essential to keeping the power on for our communities—responding to faults promptly, delivering safe, compliant and reliable service and communicating effectively with your team, customers and the community. About you You thrive in a team environment, communicate well and bring a strong commitment to safety and quality work. You're proactive, adaptable and community minded. You will ideally bring:
  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems (plus Transmission Overhead for Transmission roles)
  • Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner's Licence (or the ability to obtain)
  • High Risk Work Licence (Dogging, Vehicle Loading Crane, EWP) - or ability to obtain
  • Live Line accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • White Card, First Aid, and Medium Rigid Licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Dual Trade Lineworkers: Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent)
