Job Description:
Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Pay rate ($/hr): $48 USD/hr  On-site Locals required: yes Location: Newark, DE, US
Requirements: Minimum education: Bachelor Degree required: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Years of work experience: 5 year(s)
Position Duties:
  • Develop and implement a proactive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates
  • Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote the company's employer brand and attract passive candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on candidate selection, offer negotiations, and employment contracts
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify improvement areas
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition


General skills (must have): • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition function 5 year(s) of experience
General skills (nice to have): • Prior experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, analytics, and decision sciences-based roles 5 year(s) of experience
Language skills (must have): English Native or bilingual proficiency
Experience required: - **Requirements:** - Strong understanding of the full cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and selection, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Experience using Workday and other recruitment technology - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously **Preferred:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition function - Prior experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, analytics, and decision sciences-based roles
