About the RoleAs the Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care), you will provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership to deliver and evolve a specialist wound care service within a primary health setting. You'll work autonomously and collaboratively to improve patient outcomes while driving evidence-based practice.
Key responsibilities include:- Delivering advanced assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex and chronic wounds
- Leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of wound care services
- Making independent clinical decisions within scope, including initiating treatments and investigations
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, patient-centred care
- Driving quality improvement, research, and innovation in clinical practice
- Acting as a mentor, educator, and clinical leader across the service
- Supporting governance processes, clinical standards, and safety initiatives

What We Offer- Salary: $148,470 + 12% superannuation
