Store Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Store Supervisor Jake N Joe Trading Co Ltd (Indian Grocery Store) Are you passionate about Indian groceries and fresh South Indian vegetables? Do you have strong experience managing retail operations? We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team! Key Responsibilities:•* Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service*•* Manage inventory, including Indian groceries and South Indian vegetables*•* Coordinate with suppliers and maintain stock levels*•* Supervise and train staff*•* Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations*

• Investigating market trends and recommending products that will appeal to customers.

• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, or a similar field (preferred).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills when dealing with employees and customers.

• Knowledge in spreadsheet and word processing software and any budget management software.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good language proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam

• Familiarity with retail health and safety standards.
