Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Dutch Speaking Road Services Customer Care Specialist to join a leading international outsourcing group in Porto, Portugal. Supporting a large-scale, critical public road infrastructure project, you will manage a mix of customer support, billing inquiries, revenue reconciliation, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a regulated, structured, and highly stable public-services environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Handle business and consumer queries regarding user accounts, billing statements, toll fees, and general service data.
- Register and track customer requests, system complaints, and official clarifications within internal databases for full compliance and traceability.
- Perform daily administrative billing, collection tasks, and revenue reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate and communicate professionally with external entities, including local transport authorities and regulatory bodies, when required.
- Protect company revenue streams by ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory public service standards.
- Conduct all inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, and designated digital channels.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or C1 level fluency in Dutch alongside good operational English skills.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable in following strict procedural guidelines and operational deadlines.
- Communication: Confident and professional communication style across telephone and written digital channels.
- Attributes: Comfortable handling high volumes of data, processing billing transactions, and working inside a regulated corporate framework.
- Experience (Plus): Prior experience in customer service, backend billing, collections, logistics, or office administration is considered an asset.
Shifts & Contract Conditions
- Full time or Part time option
- Rotational Bounds: Shift frames operate daily between 07:00 and 23:00 (8 hours per day plus a lunch break).
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Base Salary Options:
- €1,050.00 Gross per month (with company-provided accommodation included).
- €1,309.00 Gross per month (without company-provided accommodation).
- Bonuses: Christmas and holiday bonuses are distributed and paid out proportionally every month as part of your regular salary.
- Allowances: Meal allowance loaded onto a dedicated corporate card.

- Contract Type: Standard Portuguese employment contract with full social security coverage.
