We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess skills in catering, bartending, and food preparation. Your ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
• Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items, including food and beverage pairings.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, bar, and waiting areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support catering events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
• Skills in bartending or food preparation are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
