Chef to lead our kitchen. Expertise in
biryani is essential, along with skills in curries, South Indian specialties (like dosa, idli, sambar), and Indian street food. We're looking for someone ready to join
immediately and contribute to shaping our menu and operations.
Responsibilities- Biryani & Curries: Master both veg and non-veg biryanis, along with a variety of curries (chicken, mutton, fish).
- South Indian & Street Food: Create classic South Indian dishes and street food snacks like momos, chow mein, samosas, etc.
- Menu Development: Innovate dishes, optimize ingredient costs, and ensure consistent quality.
Requirements- Proven experience with Indian cuisine (biryani, curries, tandoor, street food).
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Experience making momos is a plus.
- Ability to modify and innovate recipes to reduce costs and improve quality.
