Job Description:
Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, Inc., Pleasant Grove, UT, needs 10 temporary (04/01/26 -- 12/15/26) and full- time Concrete Pump Truck Operators to drive concrete pump trucks to various jobsites in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis and Weber counties of Utah.

Perform pre-trip inspection to concrete pump truck. Fill water tank before each project. Safely drive to and from project site. Work with contractor or homeowner to set up pump. Operate pump while on project site. Maintain excellent customer relations. Clean out pump system. Keep pump dispatch informed of project status. Complete necessary paperwork. Perform post-trip inspection of pump truck. Six (6)months experience in construction equipment operation required. Must have a valid class B CDL within 30 days of hire. Clean driving record required. Must be able to meet DOT requirements for hearing and seeing. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. No education requirements. OJT provided.

$35.92p/h, overtime wage rate of $53.88, overtime including weekend work may be available but is not guaranteed, general schedule of 35h/w, 6am-4pm, Mon-Fri. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience or merit.

The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis.

The employer will make all deductions from workers' paychecks that are required by law.

The employer will provide optional housing accommodations from a third-party if relocating for the position and not within reasonable transport to jobsite. If employer-arranged housing is utilized the worker will be deducted an amount that does not exceed reasonable fair

market value costs based on the number of occupants but is yet to be determined. If workers request and receive a pay advance, that amount will later be deducted from their paycheck.

If relocating for the position, the cost of transportation and subsistence to the place of employment will be reimbursed, if half of the employment period is completed. This reimbursement will be calculated by the exact cost of the transportation expenses by airplane or

bus fare, as well as subsistence expenses calculated at the minimum amount of $16.28 per 24-hour period of travel and the maximum amount of $68.00 per day. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the employment period is completed, or if dismissed early.

The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees that are to the benefit of the employer.

All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job will be provided to workers at no charge.

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period.

This job is in connection with a future H-2B Foreign Labor Certification application.
