Post Summary:
As the Research Development Office’s (RDO’s) lead for communications, events, and training, the post-holder will design and deliver high-impact, in-person and virtual programs that advance Trinity’s competitive research funding agenda. Working under tight deadlines and high-stakes grant cycles, the post-holder will: • Shape the RDO’s public profile across web, social media (BlueSky, LinkedIn etc.), and multimedia channels • Craft strategic stakeholder communications aligned with College and Trinity Research objectives • Innovate event experiences and digital engagement to maximize reach and impact • Manage day-to-day social media operations and content amplification • Drive operational projects as directed by the Head of RDO, contributing to strategic planning and institutional alignment
We seek a strategic, digitally savvy professional with proven expertise in multimedia storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and event innovation to elevate the RDO’s profile and success.
Post status: Permanent
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€58,415 - €68,639 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
