Hairdresser

Ora No. 1 Salon is seeking an experienced and passionate Hairdresser to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of hairdressing services while maintaining high standards of customer service and salon presentation.Key Responsibilities

• Confirm and manage daily bookings, including preparation of required products and service schedules

• Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, colouring, perming, styling, blow-drying, shampooing, and conditioning

• Advise clients on hair care products and ongoing hair maintenance

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work environment

• Liaise effectively with clients, team members, and management

• Follow workplace policies, procedures, and professional standards

• Support and collaborate with other team members as required

• Recommend additional salon services where appropriate

• Assist in training junior staff or apprentices

Requirements

• Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent), or at least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar role

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
