We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative pharmacist with great problem-solving and communication skills to work as an Informatics pharmacist within our Medicines Governance team. You will join a team of 10 pharmacists and a technician reporting to the Clinical Lead Pharmacist, Medicines Governance and Informatics. This is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the ever evolving field of health informatics, leading medication safety initiatives and improving efficiencies within healthcare. This full time fixed term (1 year) position will provide you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge and work with a variety of eMedicines Management solutions within the Medicines Governance service. • Applicants must hold a current APC with the Pharmacy Council of NZ or be eligible to obtain one.
• You’ll be a pharmacist with at least 2- 3 years post-registration hospital experience and an interest in Medication Safety and the use of technology we want to hear from you.
• Prior experience with the MedChart and ePharmacy systems is advantageous.
