Retail Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Retail Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all store operations including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and cash handling
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and buyers
• Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to maximize profitability
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll, timesheets, and holiday planning
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development plans
• Need to visit multiple store

Job Type: Full-timePay: £34,000.00-£42,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
