We're on the hunt for a part-time passionate, dedicated, Physiotherapist to join our team in Hamilton!
About the role Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day, while working on some or all of the below contracts. Pain Management Services (PMS)
- Experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain
- Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-management
- Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches
Concussion Service
- Skilled in assessing and treating concussion and mild to moderate traumatic brain injury
- Experience in assessing and treating cervical spine, vestibular, oculomotor systems
- Collaborative approach with GPs, specialists and the wider multi-disciplinary team
Community Rehab Services
- Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals
- Knowledge of community services pathways
What you’ll do- Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same
- Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

- High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whānau and stakeholders
- At least 2 years’ experience working within pain management, concussion or community rehabilitation - ideal, but not required.
- Strong interest in aged care, mixed with various ACC work
- Experience in concussion, Pain and TI's of benefit
