Management Consultant and Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Consultancy & Business Analyst who will play a key strategic role in our expansion. This individual will work directly with the company owner and senior leadership to optimise operations, improve organisational structure, and support critical decision-making as the brand continues to grow. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, workflows and operational performance
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity
• Support the creation of corporate structures, reporting systems, and standard operating procedures
• Prepare analytical reports, KPIs, branch performance assessments, and business recommendations
• Work closely with management to support strategic planning and the opening of new branches
• Identify operational challenges and propose actionable solutions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and support organisational growth

Requirements

• Experience in management consultancy, business analysis, operations management, or similar fields
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data evaluation, performance metrics, and business reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
• B1 English level required
