Disability Support Worker

Minto Disability Services, a not-for-profit disability service provider supporting NDIS participants in NSW/ACT. We are passionate about providing excellent service, advocacy and support for our diverse communityWe are seeking a female Support worker to support an 11 year old female child in Minto during school hours. You will be helping her to get ready for school and help her when she returns home from school. Supporting her to build her capacity in her home and keeping her safe. This is a predominantly in home support work. The role is ideal for someone with experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and who understands the importance of calm, consistent support and firm respectful boundaries. Hours are: 7am to 10am 1:30pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday School holiday hours will be flexible and adjusted in line with child's routine and family needs.
