We specialise in transforming outdoor residential and commercial areas into luxurious, functional, year-round living spaces. Due to rapid growth and high market demand, we are seeking two skilled and experienced Welders to join our production team.The OpportunityWe are looking for two experienced Welders to join our growing manufacturing team, working on the fabrication of premium aluminium pergola and louver systems. This is a hands-on production role suited to welders who take pride in precision, quality, and consistency.Key Responsibilities

• MIG/TIG welding of aluminium components to a high standard of finish and accuracy
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Fabricating and assembling components for pergola and louver systems
• Conducting quality checks on completed welds and finished products
• Maintaining welding equipment and a clean, safe work area
• Complying with all workplace health and safety procedures
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet project timelines

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years' relevant welding experience, OR a relevant trade qualification (National Certificate in Welding, Level 4 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in MIG and/or TIG welding, ideally with aluminium
• Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
• A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Employment Conditions

• This is an ongoing full-time position, guaranteeing a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Pay rate meets or exceeds the New Zealand minimum wage and reflects the current market rate for this occupation
• All employment terms comply with New Zealand employment law, including the Employment Relations Act 2000, Minimum Wage Act 1983, and Holidays Act 2003
• A written employment agreement will be provided in accordance with legal requirements
