We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to support financial operations, reporting, and business growth initiatives.🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management
• Ensure compliance with German accounting standards (HGB) and IFRS
• Assist with tax reporting and audits
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support process improvements and financial system upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
• Knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and IFRS
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, DATEV, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
