As part of our continued growth, our Hamilton branch is looking for a skilled and passionate Shop Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead a dynamic team.Website: https://oodleswok.co.uk/ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver top performance.
• Organise staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate stock orders efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and brand policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality or food service sector.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety and customer service.
• Experience in Asian or Indo-Chinese cuisine is a plus, but not essential.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.
• Eligible to work in the UK – visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
