About the roleBoyGirl Salon is seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our small, high-performing team in Noosa Heads.This is an opportunity to work in a beautifully designed, relaxed and modern space, delivering exceptional results to a loyal and growing client base. You’ll have the autonomy to do your best work, supported by a considered environment that prioritises quality over volume. What you’ll be doing

• Delivering high-quality cutting, colouring, and finishing services
• Consulting with clients to create personalised, considered outcomes
• Contributing to a calm, welcoming and premium in-salon experience
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workspace
• Staying current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Engaging with BoyGirl’s apothecary offering to enhance client results and experience

What we’re looking for

• Between 2 years and 20 years experience as a qualified hairdresser
• Strong technical capability across cutting, colour, and finishing
• A natural eye for detail, shape, and texture
• Confident and thoughtful client communication skills
• A genuine passion for hair, aesthetics, and continuous improvement
• Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent)
