The RoleWe currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunity for a motivated knowledgeable Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Team. As a Chef de Partie you will provide guidance and support to the Kitchen Team and maintain a positive working environment. You will report to the Executive Chef of the Hotel and assist to coordinate the kitchen’s operations whilst ensuring that our Amora Values are held to the highest standards at all times.The successful candidate will be required to:· Prepare and present high-quality dishes, keeping all working areas clean and tidy to ensure no cross contamination· Embrace innovative techniques to create dishes that inspire and delight.· Supervising and managing junior chefs and the stewarding team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.· Work closely with our team of seasoned chefs to ensure our dish reflects our commitment to excellence.· Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a willingness to· learn and grow. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload and work on a rotating roster· Perfect your craft with strong attention to details, precision and finesse, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.· Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met in line with HACCP requirements.· Supporting stock control and minimising waste to maintain kitchen efficiency.
