We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and core blockchain solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Ethereum (Solidity), Solana (Rust), and Aptos (Move), along with a strong understanding of blockchain protocols and Web3 ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, and Aptos.
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) integrated with blockchain networks.
• Contribute to blockchain protocol and core chain development, including consensus and transaction logic.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of smart contracts and blockchain-based systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality Web3 products.
• Write comprehensive documentation and perform code reviews for smart contract development.
• Research emerging technologies in blockchain, Web3, and cryptography to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, and/or Move.
• Proven experience developing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, or Aptos.
• Familiarity with Web3.js / Ethers.js and DApp integration.
• Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus algorithms, cryptography, token standards like ERC-20/ERC-721).
• Experience with smart contract testing, auditing, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized identity is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and passion for Web3.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other chains (Polkadot, Cosmos, Layer 2 solutions).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools for blockchain deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects.
