What does this team do? Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data AI & Data uses the power of analytics, robotics and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data. This can help us to create and manage large-scale organisational intelligence and generate insights that increase efficiency. You will be in one of three teams, supporting our clients collaboratively. As part of these teams, you will develop various skills, building upon your studies and previous professional experience.
What skills and academic qualifications do I need? Required: You will need to have obtained or be studying towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline, and have graduated by September 2025, as well as achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent). Recommended:
- A STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
- Experience applying data and/or AI as part your education or through previous work experience
What kind of work will I do? Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data You will be joining one of our client-facing teams making a big impact to clients across all industries:
AI Scaling & Transformation – AIS&T enable organisations to harness the power of AI in the delivery of their services/products. We do this through:
- Supporting our clients through the discovery, design and delivery of AI applications.
- Reimagining operating models and governance for AI applications.
- Engineering processes and workflows with deep expertise and skills in data science and AI.
- Providing scalable pre-built industry aligned AI solutions and assets.
To achieve this for our clients, we focus on five pillars:
- AI Applications – Re-designing processes to take advantage of AI
- AI Delivery – Managing and using multi-model content to enable AI-based improvement
- Visualisation – Building interfaces that decision makers use to understand their data
- Data Science – Applying ML and statistics to address individual client challenge
- AI Solutions – Pre-built and ready-to-go AI assets
Strategy, Governance & Architecture – SG&A is at the forefront of transformations underpinned by Data & AI, setting the vision and direction to help our clients become insight-driven and data product-oriented. We will make our clients successful by ‘breaking down barriers’ in their operations, so they can better use and implement AI initiatives.
To achieve this for our clients, we focus on three pillars:
- IDO & Data Strategy – Defining strategies to maximise the opportunity that data and AI presents
- Data Governance & Operations – Instilling clear practices for the management of data
- Data & AI Architecture – Designing data platforms and data models to provide a strong data foundation
Engineering & Transformation – E&T advise, implement and operate data and AI solutions to help our clients solve complex challenges and maximise the value of their information. We build analytics capabilities on top of data platforms that tie into a client’s business strategy and provide insight into key questions around an organisation’s performance. We are a team that specialises in data and information – how to structure it, how to source it, how to transform it, how to store it, how to consume it.
To achieve this for our clients, we focus on three pillars:
- AI & Cloud Data Engineering – AI, machine learning and data engineering to deliver cloud data platforms and DataOps/MLOps capabilities
- Data & AI Transformation Delivery – Providing business and data analysis to enable transformation
- Data Management & Transformation – Designing and delivering technology solutions to govern data
