Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including outpatient and inpatient environments. This role involves assessing patient needs and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and overall physical function. We are willing to sponsor and assist with the H-1B visa application process for this position. Duties

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and treatment goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, including knowledge of anatomy and systems relevant to rehabilitation.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and systems relevant to physical therapy practice.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques including Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Home Health, and Inpatient care.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with outpatient therapy settings is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life through rehabilitation.
