Role OverviewThis role acts as the operational lead for international education projects, driving high-quality delivery and supporting scalable business growth through strong operational ownership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of education and international programs
• Ensure delivery timelines, operational quality, and stakeholder coordination
• Develop and optimize workflows, SOPs, and internal systems
• Coordinate across marketing, academic, and external partners
• Manage reporting, documentation, and operational processes
• Identify risks and implement scalable operational solutions

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in operations/program/project management
• Experience in education, training, or international programs preferred
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Excellent English communication (Mandarin is a plus)
