Experienced Data Recruitment Consultant Location: Sydney Visa sponsorship provided for candidates from UK & Ireland I'm working with an established Sydney-based recruitment business that is hiring experienced recruiters into their Data practice. This is a role for someone who wants to work in a mature, flexible environment while still earning well and progressing long term. The role Recruit across Data, Analytics and Technology roles Work with enterprise and transformation-led clients Mix of contract and permanent recruitment Build long-term client partnerships rather than transactional accounts What they're looking for Proven experience recruiting within Data or Technology Strong relationship-building skills Comfortable managing clients end to end Commercial mindset without aggressive sales culture If you're relocating from UK/Ireland you need 2 years of experience with a degree or 5 years if you don't have one What's on offer Base salary between AUD 80k - AUD 110k (depending on experience) Commission up to 40% Majority of consultants billing $400k+ Flexible working environment Strong tech stack and delivery support Visa sponsorship Clear progression and long-term career path
