Job Description
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The role is full-time with a shared weekend rota. The practice is open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The practice is well-equipped and features separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, two consultation rooms, a fully equipped theatre, an x-ray suite, and an ultrasound machine. The team is experienced and supportive, fostering a collaborative working environment.
The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, providing excellent service to clients, and ensuring the practice maintains the highest professional standards. The role includes mentoring and developing the veterinary team, overseeing clinical protocols, and working closely with the Practice Manager to support the practice’s commercial performance.
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience in clinical leadership, mentoring, and strong surgical and medical skills. They should be confident in building client relationships and supporting the development of the veterinary team.
The practice is equipped with an x-ray suite, ultrasound, and a fully equipped theatre to support high-quality patient care.
