French Customer Service Representative – Taxi App – Lisbon

• Provide excellent customer support across multiple communication channels (phone, email, social media)
• Deliver solutions and troubleshooting to ensure customers enjoy a smooth experience
• Act as a mentor for consumers and guide them with clear and friendly communication
• Redirect cases to relevant departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution
• Contribute to creating a positive customer journey with patience and professionalism

Skills, Qualifications and InterestsNo specific professional background is required—your motivation and customer-focused mindset matter most.

• Native-level French and at least B2 English
• Strong understanding of customer experience value and impact
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive in problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Already living in Lisbon or willing to relocate with the provided relocation package

What’s in It for You? Contract & Working Conditions

• Renewable fixed-term contract
• Full-time position (40h/week, 8h/day)
• Rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday (7 AM – 9 PM)

Salary Package

• With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month

Training

• 4-week paid training program (50% of your hourly wage)
