THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, an international leader in managing and executing renewable energy projects, is seeking experienced Transmission Lines People who will be key to installing and connecting kilometers of new lines to transmit electricity generated by solar and hydro (renewable) energy.

Joining a large, global team of transmission lines people, together you will live in a state of the art, brand new accommodation facility. You will have your own room with an ensuite and all meals will be provided whilst you are rostered on for three weeks of every four. Your health and comfort is a company priority, so you will have access to a brand-new gym, entertainment facilities and delicious meals, all included free as part of your package.
  
THE ROLE
You will be travelling from camp to new sites (which you will be paid travel time for) to install and maintain transmission lines in beautiful rural NSW. Your duties will include:

• Stringing
• Tensioning of conductors (from platforms and EWPs)
• Clamping of conductors from EWPs and ladders
• Installing spacers with line carts
• Working at heights (70m)
• Adherence to health and safety requirements

  
ABOUT YOU

• At least three years of proven experience as a transmission lines person to include stringing new towers (220v-500kv overhead transmission lines).
• Excellent health is essential.

• Dedicated, highly skilled and happy to do what is required.
