This Auckland based senior leadership role is responsible for leading & developing a team including a Sales Manager, Client Executives, and Client Managers within Trade Me Motors and providing planning and execution support to the Sales Director to drive revenue growth, product adoption and client partnerships to agreed targets. Our Motors team is an award-winning, forward-thinking vibrant group based throughout New Zealand so you will be a naturally energetic, highly driven, switched-on sales leader with mana from within the automotive industry able to deliver outstanding coaching and development to your team. **Here is what you can expect from this role:** * To meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and new business development * To lead and further develop the capabilities of a high performing sales team * To develop and execute major 'go-to-market' initiatives * Lead the team to drive adoption of value-added offerings into dealerships * To design and execute initiatives that drive value for our B2B customers alongside the Sales Director * To deliver effective coaching and professional development to the team on an ongoing basis **What you will bring to our team:** * Significant sales team leadership and management including go-to-market activities * A history of delivering positive step-change to commercial results * Relevant automotive industry experience You'll have the best time working at Trade Me, and this is why: **#Flexibility:** Flexible working is the new normal.
