Brief overview of this role:We're looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our team, responsible for the architecture and configuration of all revenue-related motions, systems, and processes.Processes, systems and the GTM team are the three pillars of Revenue Operations.In this role you will create and optimise go-to-market (GTM) policies, processes and procedures to drive growth through operational efficiency, and align GTM team member incentives with behaviours that drive company revenue.Key duties will be to:
- Configure internal and externally facing software and systems to align with the policies and procedures supporting our overall revenue strategy.
- Automate workflows to link software tools in our stack for efficient output.
- Create and optimise compensation plans, incentive levers and drivers to create performance incentives.
- Implement and maintain our Billing infrastructure interface in collaboration with the product team.
- Assist in managing our pricing database, pricing logic etc. across our product offering. You will create and manage internal pricing calculators for new products used by the GTM team.
- Monthly revenue reporting to the Leadership team, including analysis of GTM team data informing important GTM strategy decisions.
- GTM team commission calculations and review.
- Co-ordination and interface with the finance team to ensure that financial planning models are always up to date with latest compensation plan structures, levels, levers, roles, policies etc.

- Industrial companies operating in the built world are facing a number of mission critical challenges - changes in work behaviour as Generation Z start to enter the workforce as mobile first users of software, and the drastic shift away from traditional mining to renewable energy projects such as wind farms and solar farms.
- Our first product - Dashpivot, is a platform where industrial style companies streamline and standardise their processes in a new digital format. This new digital format enables them to complete and track work in the field on a mobile or tablet, and automate repetitive tasks and tracking through automated workflows and real-time analytics.
What kind of skills and experience do I need to have? (Ideally most but not all)- Exceptional data analysis and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred)
- Project Management experience
- Wide exposure to systems and software tools
- Experience building and/or maintaining billing systems
- Experience with process optimisation and automation
- Some accounting knowledge is a plus
- General technological savviness
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration
