Mortgage / Finance Broker Company: Pure Loans & Financial Services Pty Ltd
Location: Dandenong, VIC
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + incentives
Employment Type: Full-time Pure Loans & Financial Services Pty Ltd are a growing mortgage broking and financial services firm. We are seeking an experienced Mortgage / Finance Broker to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit home, investment, commercial, and personal loan applications
  • Manage loan files from submission through to settlement
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Assess clients’ financial position, goals, and circumstances to identify suitable lending solutions
  • Present tailored finance options and strategies to clients in a clear and compliant manner
  • Structure and recommend loan solutions and combinations that best meet clients’ needs and objectives
  • Provide life and income protection insurance advice
  • Conduct client needs analysis and manage insurance applications
  • Ensure compliance with NCCP, ASIC, and regulatory requirements

About You
  • Proven experience in mortgage broking, finance broking, or loan writing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Insurance advisory experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian lending policies and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple applications
  • Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused
  • MFAA / FBAA accreditation and RG146 (desirable or willingness to obtain)
