Key Responsibilities :-
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Handle complex sales cycles (3–12 months) from initial contact to close. Navigate multi-stakeholder environments in pharmaceutical, research, and healthcare organisations.-
Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and turn them into tailored solutions. Present our platform effectively to tackle healthcare and research challenges. Maintain strong relationships for client satisfaction and expansion opportunities.-
Business Development: Work on marketing initiatives and business development strategies. Collaborate with founders and development team on product direction. Help scale our platform throughout Australia, Europe, and globally.-
Sales Development (as needed): Generate and qualify leads when required. Support pipeline development during high-growth periods.
What's Essential Must Have: -
Hunger & Drive: Real eagerness to succeed and grow with a scaling startup-
Sales Experience: Strong track record in B2B sales (SaaS, medical device, pharmaceutical preferred)-
End to End Mentality: Comfortable handling everything from prospecting to closing-
Adaptability: Thrives in environments with minimal existing structure-
Mission Alignment: Strong personal connection to making a positive impact-
Communication: High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills-
Leadership: Natural initiative and leadership qualities
Nice to Have: - Healthcare background or healthcare sales experience- Experience with complex stakeholder environments
