• Take responsibility for maintaining a highly available, secure, and high-performing OpenShift environment that supports critical business needs.
• Oversee platform lifecycle activities, ensuring that any change, update, or integration is consistently applied through automation.
• Guarantee that compliance standards and security requirements are implemented across the OpenShift infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, enhance reliability, and troubleshoot issues when needed.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience managing OpenShift platforms in enterprise environments.
• Solid background in system administration, with proven skills in design, deployment, and day-to-day operations of OpenShift clusters.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and storage server management.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure services.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and quickly grasp new technologies.
• A true team player, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Porto Office.
