About the Role: Auxiliary Nursing Assistants We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Auxiliary Nursing Assistants to join our growing healthcare team across Ireland. You will play a key role in supporting nursing staff, ensuring the comfort and dignity of patients, and helping deliver the highest standard of personal care.Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with daily personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Helping patients with mobility and feeding
• Supporting nursing and medical staff in delivering care plans
• Observing and reporting changes in patients' conditions
• Maintaining clean and safe patient environments
• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification or certification in Healthcare Support (QQI Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
• Previous experience in a care setting (nursing home, hospital, or home care)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and a genuine passion for care
• Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
