Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 50 person engineering team across software development IIoT and data architecture
• Design and review end to end system architecture for IIoT platforms enterprise data pipelines and simulation environments
• Own tech stack selection infrastructure planning and system integration strategies for scalability and performance
• Deploy and scale IoT platforms using ThingWorx and Kepware with cloud infra such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Build and manage robust data pipelines data lakes and data warehouses for advanced analytics and automation
• Integrate AI ML solutions into factory operations to enable predictive and intelligent decision making
• Champion simulation initiatives using Unity Plant Simulation and NVIDIA Omniverse to support digital twin frameworks
• Align tech initiatives with business needs and ensure engineering output drives measurable value
• Oversee full project delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment following Agile Scrum practices
• Establish data governance standards ensure regulatory compliance and maintain data quality at scale

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science software engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 13 years of experience in IT/OT software and system architecture roles within complex enterprise settings
• Proven leadership managing large technical teams with clear delivery ownership
• Strong ability to design and review architecture across IIoT, data, and enterprise software systems
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Java, and C++ with the ability to engage in hands on technical discussions
• Deep experience with OLTP to OLAP pipeline architecture relational and distributed data systems
• Strong grasp of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP containerization and CI CD workflows
• Familiarity with GitLab Spring Boot Vue.js React.js and C# is a plus
• Forward thinking with the ability to identify and introduce emerging tech into production environments
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across functions and drive consensus
