Sign-On Bonus Payout Structure (Up to $5,000):
  • 25% paid at 90 days of employment
  • 25% paid at 6 months of employment
  • 50% paid at 12 months of employment
  • Bonus is paid over the course of the first year
  • Must maintain full-time employment status to remain eligible

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Conducting assessments to evaluate speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in patients
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address identified deficits and enhance patient outcomes
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises to support recovery
  • Administering augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for patients with severe communication impairments
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to perform diagnostic procedures like Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
  • Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing records
  • Ensuring compliance with all professional standards and ethical guidelines
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
