Our partner, Jackson’s Providores (in association with Knoxcorp), is currently hiring for a Butcher position!Jackson’s Providores is seeking a skilled and motivated Butcher to join their growing team. They value precision, quality, and professionalism and are proud to welcome candidates with experience in top-tier meat processing environments such as ANZCO Foods or similar. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Breaking down and portioning whole cuts of meat
• Boning, trimming, slicing, and preparing meat to high standards
• Operating processing equipment and maintaining clean work areas
• Packing and labeling meat products for retail or wholesale
• Following strict hygiene, food safety, and workplace health protocols

Job Description

• Experience in meat processing, butchery, or food production
• Background in structured meat processing (e.g., ANZCO, Silver Fern, JBS) is a plus
• Strong knife and portioning skills
• High attention to detail and a team-player attitude
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
