About the Role As the Field Clinical Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Clinical Specialists to deliver best-in-class clinical support and education. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Clinical Specialists to drive excellence in clinical outcomes and service delivery.
• Provide in-field training and technical mentorship across a range of EP procedures.
• Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align case coverage with business priorities.
• Work closely with internal education teams to implement structured training and onboarding programs.
• Stay abreast of clinical advancements and contribute to strategy through clinical insights.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous learning within the team.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in or Cardiac Rhythm Management or Electrophysiology, including hands-on 3D mapping.
• Prior experience mentoring or coaching others in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, influence, and communicate with impact.
• Commercial acumen or experience working in cross-functional teams (preferred).
• Flexibility to travel as required across territories.
