Marketing Associate

Job Summary
Probal.Global is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in marketing principles and demonstrate proficiency in various digital marketing tools and techniques. This role involves team and external client collaboration to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement and deliver on client projects. Responsibilities

• Involvement in giving the brand an identity and act as a champion of brand awareness.
• Create, develop and maintain the organisations website. With a focus on visuals and impactful content
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including B2B and B2C marketing.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to foster community interaction.
• Collaborate on and manage third-party projects, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives and deliverables.
• Create compelling copy for various platforms, including email marketing campaigns and website content.
• Analyse data using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and external client pitches.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Creative thinker
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong organisational skills and time management capabilities.
• A background in copywriting is desirable, along with analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
• A related Degree level qualification is desirable but not essential.
