Advise customers and provide solutions regarding services by phone, email and chat

Your profile
Native level of German and good level of English required
Passion for the entertainment industry, previous experience is an advantage
Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
Excellent listening and communication abilities
Motivation to learn, develop and acquire new skills
Dynamic, self-motivated and open-minded
Team player, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
Working conditions
Permanent contract with a three-month trial period
Full-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 5 pm
Compensation and benefits
1100 € gross per month paid 14 times a year
Monthly performance bonus up to 200 €
Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
Partial reimbursement of transportation costs
