Post Summary The purpose of the role is to support the School’s Digital and Learning priorities in all aspects of the School of Psychology’s online records, website social media and teaching and learning portfolio. The role will demand a proven ability to innovate, develop and implement online platforms within the School of Psychology including records management via SharePoint, ethics procedures via the REAMS platform, utilization of the College VLE Blackboard Learn, web administration and content management via Terminal 4. Day-to-day software and hardware support will be as required.

Engagement with colleagues across the board is critical to this role, including training and integrating adjunct and visiting staff who may be unfamiliar with Trinity’s digital systems and processes. The Digital and Learning Support Officer will work with all staff across the school to provide support and training on the practical and inclusive application of digital technology in teaching, learning and assessment.

Post status:2 Year, Fixed-Term Contract

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€45,410- €56,947 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. (tcd.ie)
