This new role will be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated, inclusive and high quality sport and physical activity offer for students and staff, aligned to the Sport and Physical Activity plan and the Sport Development: Our Approach framework.
You will drive participation and performance, improve health and wellbeing, strengthen belonging, and develop the student workforce—using robust planning, partnerships, and data led evaluation to maximise impact across the University.
You will co-ordinate the delivery of the Sport Development Team in ensuring opportunities meet the needs of our communities, increases participation, provides an environment to achieve their potential and enhances their skill development.
The role will also support a robust approach to KPI setting, data capture and insight (participation, performance and wellbeing outcomes; belonging/engagement; satisfaction/NPS; recruitment/retention/attainment proxies) and use findings to inform decision making.
There is some evening and weekend working required with this role.
