About The Role
Security Engineer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.
Delivery Scope
Responsibilities
- Support security-aware enterprise product and platform engineering practices.
- Improve access control, identity design, and architecture-aligned security readiness.
- Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to strengthen secure delivery discipline.
- Contribute to operational security maturity across workflows, services, and product environments.
- Help shape trust, protection, and visibility across scalable software systems.
Hiring Baseline
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise security, IAM, cloud security, or engineering-aligned protection roles.
- Strong understanding of secure systems, access models, and compliance-aware architecture.
- Ability to work across engineering, architecture, and platform teams in structured environments.
- Experience with enterprise-grade security practices and operational maturity.
Preferred Profile
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud governance, secure DevOps, or platform protection models.
- Exposure to enterprise compliance and audit readiness.
- Understanding of zero-trust or role-aware architecture.
Academic Alignment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred.
