• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Manage guest queries efficiently, offering recommendations and resolving issues courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service roles, with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred; proficiency in English is essential
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Experience with food preparation and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and transactions
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Exceptional guest service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Familiarity with culinary processes or previous kitchen experience is a plus
