Role Overview eNGINE is hiring an Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Analyst to lead functional ownership of Finance-related capabilities within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP suite. This individual will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, and enterprise operations leaders to ensure financial systems are optimized, compliant, and aligned to strategic reporting and operational goals. The position emphasizes deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, continuous process refinement, and delivery of scalable cloud-based finance solutions. Core Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and refinement of Finance modules including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Costing, Receipt Accounting
• Oversee financial system releases, patches, and quarterly Oracle updates, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Drive chart of accounts governance, ledger structures, and financial hierarchies
• Support period close processes, reconciliations, and audit-readiness through system alignment
• Act as the primary functional liaison for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term platform strategy
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to evaluate current workflows and recommend system-enabled efficiencies
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate accounting and reporting needs into system design
• Coordinate testing cycles including SIT and UAT for finance-related enhancements
• Produce and maintain financial analytics, dashboards, and statutory reporting outputs
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle Fusion and upstream/downstream systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Projects & Maintenance Management
• 4+ years of functional experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Hands-on expertise configuring core Financials modules in a cloud environment
• Solid understanding of accounting operations, financial controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with Oracle reporting tools and financial data extracts
• Ability to bridge communication between Finance leadership and IT delivery teams
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and process mapping skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Maintenance or adjacent operational modules
• Experience building financial reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or Financial Reporting Studio
• Knowledge of role-based security, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duties
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud update cycles and release management practices
• Experience supporting finance data migrations and reconciliation activities
• Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations within Oracle Cloud ecosystems
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and middleware components
• Experience with Oracle APEX or similar low-code extension tools
