Responsibilities- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation teams, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality culinary output.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices, culinary skills, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Requirements- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
