• Base Salary: $98,397 - $100,639
• Director's Allowance: 10.25% (on top of your base hourly wage)
• Remote Allowance: Up to $10,023/yr ($5.14 p/h)
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (Paid upfront!)
• Retention Bonus: $10,000 (Paid over your first 12 months)
• Superannuation: 12%
• Housing: Relocation assistance + housing allowance provided for eligible candidates!

• Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Essentials: Current WA WWCC & First Aid
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Education/Care Regulations.
