Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required
• Administer or prompt medication as per the care plan
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities when required
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Fluent in Gujarati and able to communicate effectively in English
• Previous experience in care is preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to live in the client's home and provide ongoing support
