Carpenter

About the Role Nice Builds is currently hiring a Qualified Carpenter to join our growing team in Brisbane. This is a full-time role in general maintenance and mixed carpentry with a variety of carpentry tasks across both the Northside and Southside. We’re offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive crew, with consistent projects and potential for career growth.  Key Responsibilities 

• Carry out general maintenance and mixed carpentry work across residential and commercial properties 

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications 

• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently 

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with building codes 

• Work independently and collaboratively with the wider construction team 

• Maintain a clean and safe job site 

Requirements 

• Certificate II in Carpentry (or equivalent) 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in carpentry and building maintenance 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle 

• Own basic carpentry tools 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

• Physically fit and safety-conscious 

• Willingness to travel to job sites across Brisbane
